The bridge between the shop floor and the codebase.

I come from a family with three generations in business, so I learned early how operations, cost, and customers actually fit together. With my brother I co-founded and ran an areca-plate manufacturing unit — buying raw material, running production, selling to retailers and wholesalers, and squeezing out waste until early losses turned into steady profit.

Alongside that, I trained in data science and engineering and now build practical software: an AI assistant that runs 24/7, an automated trading agent, and a hospital management system I'm currently delivering for a client. My MBA in Operations ties it together.

What I enjoy most is the same thing in every context — taking a messy process, understanding it deeply, and using data to make it run better. That's the role I'm looking for: operations and analytics, where decisions get made with evidence.

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of a Hospital Management System, managing the project with two teammates.
  • Working directly with the hospital to understand day-to-day processes and turn them into clear specifications.
  • Acting as the link between client and dev team — tracking progress and keeping delivery aligned to real needs.
